Feminine Embodiment Circle

Integrating your cosmic and earthly self

This is a call to women from all ages and walks of life – maiden, woman, mother and crone – to simply be and sit together in a sacred circle.

An opportunity for women to take time away from the daily routine of doings and tap into simply being; and then listen, reflect and honour all parts of herself – the earthly human and the cosmic divine soul.

With the intention of anchoring a more refined version of the Divine Feminine in our hearts & womb’s, we connect with Mother Earth’s cosmic womb and embrace the empowered and sovereign Woman we are.

Camila will bring different knowledge and practices for us to pray and play together, in a safe space. Everyone is invited to partake on the different 1:1 and/or group dynamics offered, at their own discretion.

BENEFITS OF SITTING IN SACRED CIRCLE WITH OTHER WOMEN

• To nurture and heal ourselves and one another.
• To practice active listening within, without the need of fixing anything or anyone.
• To embody what acceptance, forgiveness, compassion truly means.
• To heal judgment, comparison, and competition between women.

————– THE SESSIONS —————-

Different embodiment practices, meditations, group activities and prayers will be offered each time – according to the theme we’ll be focusing on.

Expect a dynamic and supportive environment to play.  No need for any experience, just show up as you, with an open mind and curiosity.

The theme is released one week in advance, on the Facebook event and in the private Telegram group (all women are welcome to join).

This is a kids and pets free space – exactly for the mothers to be able to nurture themselves.

TIME: from 10:20 am to 12:30 pm

WHERE: Old Dairy Hall, at the Currumbin EcoVillage

PARKING:  Arrive earlier to find a parking spot at the Village Way and then walk to the hall.

EXCHANGE – paid in cash on the day or via debit/credit card when booking online:

• Anything you wish to make a cosy nest for yourself (yoga mat, cushion, blanket)
• Winter Socks (the hall is a shoes off space)
• Water bottle
• Your journal or a notebook to take notes (if you wish)
• Dress on comfortable clothes, in layers, good for movement and stillness.
